Mac Pro 2019 - Samsung 49-Inch CRG90 Curved Gaming Monitor

I've been having issues with restarting and booting with the Samsung CRG90 monitor plugged in. When I only have my BenQ monitor plugged in, it's fine. Then I can plug the Samsung in and everything runs fine despite some random glitches after it's first plugged in. This monitor is perfect for my video editing setup as I love the real estate for my timeline etc. Anyone else having this issue? Anyone figured out a fix. I'm willing to return it if anyone can recommend another big widescreen monitor that is working with the latest Mac Pro. Thank you in advance!
