I’ve only had my AirPods Pro for a bit over a month and my right AirPod has a rattling noise which originally was just when I coughed or cleared my throat and now it’s litterally every slight move it rattles. I use them primarily at the gym and it is the most annoying experience. I have disconnected my AirPods and re set them up but it’s still occurring. I don’t have the money for new ones as I’m about to start University is this something that Apple can fix?
Yes, I am experiencing the same issue too, it originally started with my right Airpod, I got that replaced with their DIY service but now recently it has started with my left one too. Songs with heavy bass or when running, it seems to very noticeable, One thing I’ve noticed, I don’t know if it’s the same with everyone else but when the AirPods are on the “OFF” position it’s not noticeable at all which I find very strange.
It is a physical defect, not software related.

I opened a case today. I was told the defect is the “fabric”.
Unfortunately for me, I can hear both of my airpods pro rattling, and I just got it a few days ago
I sent mine in and got only my left and right air pods replace and yet I can still hear it, and I just got it for not more than a week...

Yes. Same as mine when I turn off noise cancellation or transparency I do t hear the rattling. Very weird and quite frustrating.

My AirPod pro are rattling... total b.s
Try moistening the ear piece before insertion into the ear. This worked for me. It seemed the microphone was picking up a noise when they were dry.
