Has anyone managed to solve the issue yet that causes "cannot verify printer on the network" and cause a green light [dot] shared printer to constantly turn yellow [dot] during trying to print.

I have reinstalled.
I have rebooted.
I have reset Printing systems on all Macs concerned.
Other printers [CANON IP Laser] have no issues.
Mac mini, macOS 10.15
ANSWER:
Install old 1400 and then 1500W drivers for High Sierra [if you have them, they are no longer online :-(]
Mojave will then update the drivers from Apple to the latest compatible Mac ones.
Then it will work.
I also had to wipe my HD and reinstall a clean MOJAVE, as the update from High Sierra to MOJAVE broken some networking issues :-(
