TouchID doesn't work after replacement

I got my Macbook back after I had got my keyboard and Touch Bar replace, but when I try to add a fingerprint it keep saying fail. I have try to reset my Macbook but it keep saying fail when I try to add a fingerprint.

TouchID not working I cannot get the touchID (fingerprint) to work on my brand new MacBook air. It is only 2 days old and is up to date. We reinstalled the entire operating system, but it still doesn't work. Any ideas?
