How to remove hyperlinks in Numbers

When I open a CSV in Numbers (v6.2) URLs and email addresses are treated as hyperlinks. Disabling Smart Links doesn't change the behavior.

This becomes pretty annoying with accidental clicks. How can I remove the link, and all other cell formatting?

Hi Ponies-Alazan,

Select and copy.

Menu > Edit > Paste and Match Style.

Removing hyperlinks in Numbers tables Using Numbers 10.0. I have a table with a bunch of email addresses. When you select the cell, it automatically pops out to your email client and created a message. Extremely annoying. How can I remove the active hyperlinking from the whole table, so emails in cells are just text? I know this question is addressed already, but the posts are from years and years ago. Can't find anything relevant to this from recent years. Thank you very much

How to remove multiple email links in database of email addresses I use Numbers to create a CVS file for a mailing list that I upload to Google Suite. The list itself is compiled in Pages. When pasting a column of email address from Pages into Numbers, the email links (having been removed in Pages) reappear in Numbers. Is there a way I can remove the links in the column of email addresses without having to do it one-by-one? This is a major headache and not a problem I had in a previous version of numbers. (Dumb idea to reinsert the links after they've been removed)

Or, select the content of the cel.

Then: Menu>Format>Remove Link
