Photo Booth Effects Missing

I have a 2015 MacBook Air running MacOS 10.15.2. I recently opened up photo booth to find that Many Effects, such as Hologram, Cloaking Device, Waterfall, etc. are missing. Any reasons why? Anyone know if I can get them back?

Unfortunately they do not exist in Catalina 😟
