Trouble linking my Directv account to apple tv

I am having trouble linking my Directv account to apple tv? It is not accepting my user/password info.

I am thinking it may due to the merging of accounts with directv and att. Anyone else experience this?

When I install Apple TV app on Sony TV, I can log in to Apple ID (the subscription expires on May 11), but I can't play videos When I install Apple TV app on Sony TV, I can log in to Apple ID (subscription expired on May 11), display menu and resource list, but can't play video. Apple TV+ sign-in with windows 11 browser When I open Apple TV+ on my windows 11 PC using Chrome, I'm asked to enter my Apple ID and password. When I enter them I get a message saying my id or password is incorrect. Sometimes I get the Apple TV home screen and try to log in, it skips the sign-in page and goes to a screen saying please log-in or create an account. There is a "continue" button at the bottom, but it doesn't respond when clicked. When I use the Apple TV+ "preview" app, it too rejects my apple ID and/or password. I have subscribed to Apple TV+ and can watch it in my iPhone, iPad and my smart LG TV.

Might be a question for your provider.

That is my next move. Just checking to see if anybody else experienced this before I run the directv/att gauntlet!!
