Unknown PC on my Secured Network

What kind of PC is that, showing in >Finder >Network? I don't have/own a PC and never connected one to my network. When I click on Get Info, there is not much information to it (see photo below).

When I go to >Utilities >AirPort Utility and click on my Time Capsule, I see all my devices that are connected to my network (e.g. my MBP, iPad, iPhone, WiFi-speakers, etc.) and a device that's called 2B79E5000000.local (the same device that's showing in >Finder >Network).

Under >System Preferences >Sharing my computer's name is Airwalker-MBP.local

What and who is 2B79E5000000.local? By the way, I am NOT using a virtual PC on my Mac.

Download the the free LanScan from the MacApp Store. There is an

optional subscription for advanced features which you won't need

so don't worry about.

It will scan your network (enter the desired IP range) and will give a pretty

detailed list. For one, in terms of MAC Addresses, it can generally determine

the manufacturer and you may further be able to ID the device (Manufacturers

can buy "blocks" of MAC addresses). If the device has a hostname, mDNS name,

or SMB name it will display those as well.
