Can't enable safari extensions
I am on the latest version of MacOS and Safari and I am unable to click the checkmark to enable Safari extensions. However, I am able to click disable on an extension. Any ideas?

FWIW, these are the extensions I have for Safari 13.1 in Catalina 10.15.3. They are all enabled and working.
Do you have the Develop menu enabled in Safari?
If so make sure you don't have this checked in the menu:
I found that version of extension (7.4.4) differs from 1password version (7.3.4), maybe it conflicts with 1password from AppStore?
I only used the maintenance part of Onyx. I've being using it for at least the past 10 years...
What happens if you uncheck those boxes? Are you able to re-check them? Because that's the problem. Once unchecked, you can't re-enable.
The 1Password extension was the only one that was enabled and I disabled it just to see if it would work. I am unable to re-check them.
If that's the case, then how do you re-enable extensions?
FWIW, Extensions for Safari had to be rewritten some time ago. Some will work, others won't.
I don't know. You didn't mention which extensions. There are still extensions in the App Store for earlier versions.
Yes I can. At least the ones I have installed.
Empty Caches seemed to do the trick. I was able to activate the extensions.
Unfortunately, no fix. I ended up just doing a clean install of Mac OS, computer needed it anyway and the extensions worked again.
Unfortunately, it didn't work on my end, but thanks for the idea. Oh well. Firefox is pretty nice.
Same problem to me!
yesterday I solved this way:
clean the cache
quit safari
open safari
try again
Nope for me. Tried it.
