I have recently updated my IPhone 7+ to IOS 13.3.1 and have realized that I need to allow access to Camera and Microphone to all the apps that use it (e.g Snapchat, Discord). When I open settings to allow it, it does not show the option/tab to allow me to give access. I’ve also tried going into the privacy tab and allowing it but it says that there is no apps requesting camera access. Please get back to me a soon as possible

Thanks for your question about being unable to get access up and going for the Camera app with items like Snapchat. I'd be glad to see how I can help out.
Since this started, have you uninstalled and then reinstalled the apps in question? If not, give that a try using the steps in How to delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. If that still doesn't allow you to enable the camera usage for the apps, we might need to reset your privacy settings.
To do that, go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset Location & Privacy. When your location and privacy settings are reset, apps will stop using your location until you grant them permission.
