Apple TV/iTunes suddenly STOPPED streaming over cellular

Apple TV/iTunes suddenly stopped streaming over cellular. I have not updated or changed any settings. Worked great 2 days ago, yesterday error message now pops up “Can’t download on a cellular network” every time. I’ve rechecked all my settings, nothing’s changed. I tried all the reboots and restarts, nothing is fixing this so it must be Apple screwing with the app somehow. I deleted and reloaded the app, nothing works. I submitted this to the “Bugs fix” Apple people and to iTunes, still not working. Super frustrating as well as a ripoff since I can’t watch any of my purchases as I don’t have WiFi.

Check with your cellular carrier, and see if you’ve reached your data plan cap, or have run afoul of other carrier requirements?
