I upgraded my MacBook Air O/S and now my M/S products are disabled. Within one of the Appls, I 'activated' Office 365. I requested the One month free and entered my CC for the Annual fee starting 3/10/20. I have a receipt for that purchase. I then downloaded the Office product, but they are still showing disabled and it says I need to purchase 365. Right now, I'm dead in the water. I cannot open any files.

Did you pay for a subscription through https://www.office.com/ but download the apps via the Apple App Store, or conversely activate a subscription through a downloaded app, but then try to install the software from https://www.office.com/? I believe the two delivery methods only work with their respective subscription modes.

Honestly, I don't know. The Subscription Confirmation is from an An Apple email address, and I updated the MS apps from the Update page. My biggest issue is there is no one to call or contact outside of this thread.
