Cannot find reminder app in location settings.

I try to set reminders for when I get home but it says to enable location services for reminders. but when I go into location services, reminders doesn’t show up on the list. I just got this iPhone 11 a few days ago and it’s my first one. Any answers?

iOS iPhone Location based reminders not working. I am running the latest version of iOS and I do not get location based notifications for reminders. Such as when leaving home. I have checked the location services for the reminders app and there is not an option for me to be able to select “all the time” the highest level of access available is “while using the app” is this why it’s not working. How do I get these to work. Other reminder notifications work such as getting in car or time based.

Okay, but what about when using Siri? Still says the same thing
