Couldn’t Load Content

i keep on having “couldn’t load content, there was a problem loading your content. please try again.” whenever i try to share a recording from voice memo. this error appears to any application where voice memo is allowed to share. help me fix this problem please?

Issues with voice memos on my iPhone I have been making several voice memos lately and I've encountered a problem a few times that I can't figure out and I need help! Here is an example: I was recording a voice memo today and I was on about minute 25, I paused the recording, clicked out of it to look something up in safari, clicked back into it and started recording again for another 3 minutes. The memo saved the changes, I went back to the home screen and I tried to click on the three dots in the top right so I can add the voice memo to my files. But it is not clickable. I tried hitting the edit button at the top, then selecting the file, but then the "share" button is unclickable as well. However, the file is still listenable. Everything is fine until I got to the part where I paused to look something up. The last 3 minutes were lost. Which is not that big of a deal, I rerecorded those three minutes. But the first 25 is just stuck in the voice memo app and I can't send it in a message or upload it to files or anything. Can anyone help? This has happened a few times and it's very frustrating. Voice Memo “couldn’t load content” when sharing to fb messenger Hi! I’m using iphone 7 plus with ios 13.3.1 I couldn't share voice memos to fb messenger the voice memos are short (ranges from 3 sec to 10 sec) I couldn’t find any post regarding this problem I hope you can help

I uploaded a video to shared albums and the sound stopped working. When I first uploaded the video, the sound was working then it stopped.

Force close the Voice Memos app and restart your iPhone:

How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Restart your iPhone

Then check for any updates to your device and apps:

Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Update apps or use automatic downloads

Test sharing your recording after this:

Share a recording in Voice Memos on iPhone

If that doesn’t resolve this, create a new test recording in Voice Memo and see if you can share it to any apps.

Thanks for going through those steps. If the issue is still occurring, back up your iPhone and restore it to factory settings using the steps in these links:

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings

Set up your iPhone as new for testing purposes, record a new voice memo and see if you can share it as expected. If you can, restore your backup and try once more:

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup

get the error as soon as I click on any app to share
