Weird airpods pro clicking sound when touching the right airpod pro

I've bought my airpods pro on December 2019. After a month or so I started heaving issues with the right airpod. Everytime I moved my head or touched the surface of the aipod it made a strange clicking sound. I've contacted apple support, went through all the resting, forgetting and updating with no success. Returned the airpods pro to the authorised reseller and got the right airpod replaced. After a month or started having the same problem. Called apple support, again explained the situation and went back to the same authorised apple reseller to fox the problem. After a week got the airpods back only this time the service didn't fix the issue because they "didn't determine any defects". How is it possible that I have these sort of problems with 250 USD? earphones? How is it possible that one time this issue can be fixed and ignored another time?

I know for a fact that I'm not the only one having these sort of problems with the airpods. https://discussions.apple.com/thread/251050158
