iPhone 7 screen twitching

After a while of using my phone, I will try to scroll through something and my screen will twitch and keep scrolling up and down. Sometimes it happens when I try to click a button like the back button on an app and it clicks something else or doesn’t work. I got my phone December 20 2019 and the twitching started mid February 2020. I find that if I wipe down my screen, it stops the twitching but it is strange how it didn’t twitch before. I hope factory reset isn’t the only answer, please help🙏

I see that the screen on your iPhone isn't working as expected. Sometimes I keeps scrolling even after you've stopped, or a back button doesn't respond. I'm glad to help with this.
