How to export a FCPX XML to a relative path for importing into Autodesk Flame?

Hi,

I’m having trouble exporting a FCPX XML file with ‘RELATIVE’ path instead of ‘Local System’, so another person on the other end can import/open this FCPXML file into its Autodesk Flame software.

Any solution to resolve this?

When you export an XML from your machine and send it over, you should not need to worry much about file paths, relative or otherwise.

If someone is going to import your xml, and already has the necessary media files, albeit in different locations, all that should be needed is to relink the media on their side.
