After update from 10.15.3 to 10.15.4 external displays doesn't work via docking station

Not solved for me at all. Latest update

Just installed the 10.15.4 and the April 8th patch. Still not working. The external display is still black! This is really a bad job on Apple part.

BTW, I am using a USB-C to DisplayPort cable connecting a 16-inch 2019 MacBook Pro and a Sharp 4K display.

I have Macbook Pro 2019, 16 inch and it didn't receive any type - C signals from the Monitor after upgrade to 10.15.4 . please any helps

I know, the mouse lagging in 30hz is unbearable. But before Apple fix this, this might be the only way to use the monitor...

Surprise surprise... Apple branded adapters work just fine. A quick whoopsie coding 'bug' to re-coup some revenue loss during Corona? Surely not...

I have 2 of the AV adapter they provided and neither of them work :/ ... i'm not using any dock or hub i'm just connecting via HDMI to a monitor (msi optix mag241c)

Apple is rolling out 10.15.5. update... Any hope the issue with external docs is resolved? It is not directly mentioned in the release notes (as usual for such things).

Just tried 10.15.5 and it didn't fix it. Way to go Apple, truly amazing. Wow...

Did the Senior Apple Care advisor told you anything?

Did downgrading to 10.15.3 work?

I think it won't because your graphics card has been already flashed with a new firmware and you can't downgrade that.
