My MacBook Pro keeps dropping bluetooth for a few seconds every few hours

every few hours and every day, my MB Pro stops bluetooth for a few seconds, like 5-15 seconds and then comes back. My keyboard, mouse, headset, anything that is connected just stops working for that time then comes back ... very disturbing when you are on a video call with people.

I think this is a bug, from what I see ... upgrading and restarting Mac OS did not help. Anyone else had this issue and a solution to this?

Please review all the suggestions in Resolve Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues caused by wireless interference.

sorry, this won't help, had already gone through that and disconnecting, and resetting and all standard debugging options. There seems to be an issue but cannot pin-point the circumstances when it happens.
