When I try to FaceTime with a machine than runs iOS 9, it rings saying it’s connecting but never does with line dropping after a while.
Before the upgrade to 13.4 there was absolutely no problem.
Any idea how to fix it?

I had the same problem since Mar 24th.
I don’t have any beta on any device and I have the same issue since installed the latest version of iOS 13.4
I totally agree with you on opening an official support ticket with Apple.

I agree!!! This has put millions of vulnerable people at 'more' risk because they can't communicate with there family, friends, doctors, etc.! Apple needs to step up to the plate ASAP!

My brother updated his phone to version 14 now and can't get us on the iPad version 9!
But my brothers iPhone is a version 14 now... so I'm a bit confused... (he just updated)

There is no iPhone 14 on the market yet, and no released iOS version above 13.4.1.
