finally remembered the code for my old iphone 4s but cant connect to my apple account. so long ago i cant remember my security questions. is there any way to reset them? the phone is obviously inactive so i cant recieve the code that way. and to reset questions, its asking me to answer one of them...
If you are being told there isn't enough information to reset them, contact Apple ID Support.
If you don't know the answers, if the steps in the article below don’t work, contact Apple ID Support, although I’m not sure they will be able to help.

You won't be able to reset the pertinent security questions unless you can sign into Apple ID: Your Account for Everything Apple https://appleid.apple.com/#!&page=signin using the Apple ID/Password related to your iPhone 4.
