Hi, I am facing issues with iphone7 model mic n speaker issues.
mic doesn’t work for any incoming or outgoing calls. Speaker is greyed out.
Tried resetting settings, reboot multiple times and software is up to date I.e., 13.4
does any one is this a known issue with iPhone 7 model ?

If the above options do not mitigate the issues then Contact your carrier and then Contact Apple Support
I'm seeing a very long thread on here with iPhone 7 users all having the same problem. Within a day or two of my phone going out, my videos will not playback (black picture, but sound works) in a browser, my wifi button is greyed out some of the time, I can't hear or speak on phone calls. Many people with the same problem on the same phone, all within the last month or so. I figured it was hardware, but no way they're all failing at the same time.
I also having the same issue since yesterday evening but my iphone is out of warranty and don't know how much its gonna cost me. Ideally if it is hitting so many iphone 7 users, apple should come up with a plan of either repairing the effected devices free of cost or replace them altogether.
The speaker grayed out when you make calls and no voice can be heard from both ends and this happened after updating to iOS 13.4.1
