TV Provider Settings When I open the TV Provider Settings, I get "An error occurred while attempting to load details." It gives me an option to retry, but it keeps producing the same error. Another post suggested deleting the Apple TV app, and reloading it, then entering sign-on info for Provider again, but that did not work. Any ideas?

The Apple TV App purchased contents are not streaming through Apple TV 3rd generation (A1469) The Apple TV App purchased contents are not streaming through Apple TV 3rd generation (A1469). The error message is given in attached snapshot and The Apple TV software version is 7.4 (8081). However with Apple TV 4th generation the content is streaming. Please look into this issue ASAP and kindly advise the solution for same. [Edited by Moderator]
