Can’t log in MacBook Pro

MacBook password is right but it’s not recognizing right password .When I try to reset entering with my Apple ID and password appears “ There is an error connecting to the Apple ID server “. There is no WiFi so I keep manually putting password for WiFi but still no internet connection on laptop.

I Did a hard restart and did diagnostics check by hitting “ D” on restart and it says it’s fine . No errors.

MacBook Pro 15", OS X 10.11
