incomprehensible payment

Good afternoon, I can’t download a single application, because I need to bind a card, I linked it, it wants to charge $ 5.97, I have 1 active subscription, but it has already been paid. I don’t understand for what money should be withdrawn from me.

Have you checked your bank statement?
