Grouping contacts

How to you make specific groups for your contacts? Is it possible? Surely this isn’t a feature Apple forgot!?

Yes it is possible and Apple has not forgotten it. You will need to create groups within your contacts by signing on to www.icloud.com from your computer and choosing the contacts section. Within contacts you can create groups and add contacts to that group. Once completed then the information will sync to your iPhone.
