as a Way to Report Bugs:
Misunderstood or not, I'm not saying it's a phishing scam. Just because the email address (reportphishing@apple.com) contains the word "phishing", doesn't necessarily mean you have to report it as phishing. But, take a screenshot of it, and include in the reply something to the affect:
i.e. of What to Say:
"To whom it may concern: I am having troubles with my cell service usage on my iPhone. It seems that I am not getting signals from where I should. I have attached a screenshot of this so you may look into it. Also, I have reported this to Apple though use of the Feedback Site. Thank you kindly, [your name]".
And that would be is all there is to it.
