Browser settings for to allow DOM storage on ipad 4th gen (wi-fi only)

I am trying to access MS Teams web version on my iPad 4th gen and it gives me a message to change browser settings to allow DOM storage. I have tried changing the security settings to enable cookies always as well, however still continue to get the same message. Any help will be appreciated!

The unfortunate reality is that your iPad doesn’t support the “current” App that works - and the web version of the service also isn’t supported by the device.

It is an unfortunate reality that technology moves on - and that devices from years ago aren’t able to be used with modern applications or services. This is true of all computers, not just Apple iPads.

If you need to use current Apps and services with your iPad, you have no alternative other than to replace your iPad with a newer or current model.

I’m sorry that this isn’t what you were hoping to learn, particularly in light of the current global chaos and enforced home working. I hope this information is helpful, if only in gaining some clarity of your available options.

Have you tried a different browser on the iPad? If not, then your next logical step would be to contact Microsoft to ask what you might be able to do with the device you are using. I would imagine, however, that you may find it may not be supported. There are a number of other web browsers that you can download from the App Store to try. Up to you how many you wish to try. With the older iOS, that may limit what versions of those you can use as well.
