iPad Pro Gen 2 10.5 constantly rebooting after updating from 13.3.1 to 13.4.1.

Yep, squeezing and dropping it on the bottom edge on a carpeted floor. Now, when squeezing the bottom bezel, the screen stays stable. Must be some kind of loose contact/component.....

I’ve posted this several times. Call in, keep calling in. I have had my problem successfully resolved.

Replacement.

Keep calling... it took me 4 calls and 2 Chats to get to a resolution

I agree with davemccr, keep calling and keep sending feedback, via my posted feedback link, to Apple.

Hopefully, iPadOS 13.5 is coming soon and will address/fix this issue.

You can update. Once you click on update, lock your device and don't use it. It'll update and restart by itself. The iPad reboots only when you unlock it.

Thank you. Was able to update to 13.5. Unfortunately it still keeps rebooting. Has anyone getten a resolution other than the spend $599 to have apple fix it?

My iPad Pro also started rebooting about every three minutes after the 13.4.1 update. I need to be able to fix it.
