Ipad Pro gen 2 10.5 constantly rebooting after IpadOS update from 13.3.1 to 13.4.1. why?

I’ve no idea “why”, but you may find that a forced-restart may clear any isolated issues:
I have not tried it yet. I was waiting to see if anyone has had any issues will definitely not be installing it tonight
I completely reset everything. Scribbled it and reinstalled from my cloud acct. it was a pain to do, but it seemed to fix the glitch. It has not restarted itself since then.
I was finally brave enough to update to 14.3. The update went smoothly and has been running for over an hour without any restarts.
Mine has done great since I rebooted and everything until today. It randomly did it again
I just updated to 14.4. It's been up and running for almost 2 hours with no issues.
