Some keys on Logitech slim combo keyboard for ipad pro not working

I purchased a Universal folio keyboard a few weeks ago and it was working fine until yesterday. All the keys work except for the #1 and #4 key, even with the shift key. I tried the different keyboard settings, English, US, and the extended, and still not working. No damage to keyboard or spills. Also, no updates when this problem occurred. Is there a setting I am missing Those keys just stopped working so does not make sense.

I can't imagine any setting that would cause that. Contact the support to that device and try another keyboard.

Regarding keys not working on Logitech slim combo keyboard for iPad Pro, I tried changing the keyboard setting from automatic to English or ABC but my space bar and some other keys still don’t work. How long do these keyboards last?

I had the same problem as well. I followed the remedy that was successful for many and it worked for me. But now the screen freezes when I use the comment button on social media apps like FB. I have to close the app and restart it to return to a functioning state. Anyone else had this problem?

I have a new basic iPad, I{m on current iOS, all keyboards{re set to US, I turned off smart punctuation ' why are my punctuation keys still all shifted on the Logitech slim combo ' as you can see by the nonsensical punctuation in this query_

I went through the steps to fix this once before but it just went back seemingly on its own
