iOS 13.4.1 battery drain
I have updated my iPad mini 2019 two days ago and battery is practically worst ever. By browsing only drops 1% per minute. Anyone experiencing same problem?

After putting in a few hours of research trying to figure out this issue someone recommended checking battery usage of apps and sure enough Siri was running 100%..!..It was suggested to completely turn off Siri on the device and also on iCloud, which I did and it completely fixed the issue immediately.
I was even having Issues with it charging quickly and those issues are also gone.
I believe that the update definitely effected how Siri runs in the background and I suggest you try the same to see if it works for you.
I submitted a report
i am having same problem on my iphone 7 plus. I have updated to 13.4.1 and battery is draining too fast. If i use just 15 mint battery drops to 80% from 100%.
iPhone 11 Pro here and after 13.4.1 my battery is down to 80% from a full charge two hours ago. I could easily get two days between charges before the update.
And I have to question why, if this or that app is draining battery, why doesn't it show up on the battery-use list of villains?
IPad/iOS apps do not use Xcode.
They use an iOS programming language called Swift.
xcode can make apps for mac, iphone, ipad and watch
swift is simply a different sdk
I have the same problem
my iPad Air 2's battery lasts 4 to 5 hours, it drains very fast, this after I upgraded to the newest version of IOS13. apple has to see these reports and fix this problem.
So annoyed. Why isn’t apple fixing this issue!
Even more in this pandemic, where the use of the devices is being more intense. Apple has to release an update to fix this.
i just updated my 6s yesterday and the battery keeps draining abnormally.
having issues with internet connectivity too.
same with my iPhone 11. After the new updating 13.4.1 my phone overheats and battery drain worst ever.
Just adding to the already long thread.
My brand new iPhone SE (2nd Gen) draining 30-40% during sleep (8 hours).
This is the activity through the night:
Too easy to make that suggestion, isn't it?
Let me guess, your next suggestion would be to do a factory reset. Again very easy suggestion to make.
Thanks, but they aren't helpful.
Good to know that. I was just beginning to wonder if this was part of 'planned obsolescence' to kill battery on older devices.
Let's hope they fix this on the next update.
Bad news. After updating to 13.5 beta - nothing has changed.
