Unable to receive calls on Apple XR

My phone was working perfectiy. Five minutes later, it was not. I can call someone, but when someone calls me, I can't answer it. It goes directly to voice mail. The person cannot hear me at all.

Issue with receiving calls Hi, I’ve recently had issues when I receive a call, I answer it and it doesn’t go through, I have to hang up and call back who called me. At their end they couldn’t hear me on the initial call either. Anyone else experiencing this problem. It makes no difference if I have head phones in, on Bluetooth or just answering the phone in the normal sense.

Calls not coming in on xs people are calling me and say they hear the phone ringing but no call is coming in or showing as a missed call. It will eventually to to voice mail. I have reset settings, turned the phone on and off, it’s not on do not disturb or on silent. It’s not every call but it’s too many. I can make calls with no problem. I have version 13.4.1

Are you saying you can't answer the call? Or that people can't hear you when you answer it?

It sounds as if the former, you may have enabled call forwarding.
