I have this error filling up my Console 24/7, and I have no idea what it is. I've checked, and /usr/sbin/networksetup does exist...
Anyone? I'm on the 16" MBP.

I have this same problem - the error is continuously filling up the console. I'm also on a MacBook Pro 16". Just updated to 10.15.4, but am unsure if was happening prior to the update.
I just updated to 15.5.5 beta, and one of my ethernet adapters is acting oddly, and I got the same message. Any odd network behavior as well. This was not an issue until I installed the latest beta.
