iPhone

My phone is complete unresponsive to the on and off button and touchscreen. I didn't drop it or break it this happened completely randomly. Any suggestions?

Click on the Contact Support link at the top right of this page to start the service process.


Before you do put your iPhone on your wall charger, let it charge for 30 minutes and while it is still connected do a forced restart by pressing then releasing the volume up button, then immediately press and release the volume down button, then hold in the side button until you see the Apple logo and let it go. Try it several times.
