my iMac is running very slow, even when very few apps are working.
a geekbench test showed that the memory is running at 933 MHz which is exactly half of what is should be. am I missing something here? how can I fix this?

We can then look for obvious issues that may be causing your problem.
Delete this file & restart...

~ tilde indicates hidden Home Library.

It wasn't your fault, it is the ASC software that is acting up. I can read it now.

That's odd I can see the entire report?
The first time I tried it opened in a new tab and now clicking on the link it causing it to download.
Some browsers won't see it at all/ever depending on how it was copy & pasted, I have to use Firefox to see this one, Brave does not, it a recent "fix" to ASC. :(
I'm on a work computer that uses Chrome, that is likely the problem.
