ios 13.4.1 hangs with app crashes

I have recently updated my device i.e.., iPhone Xs to ios 13.4.1 but i am starting to witness app crashing followed by phone freezing and disabling assistive touch from home screen automatically, any possible solution for this issue ?

iPhone XS, iOS 13

Restart the device. That's it.
Still not solved --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
If few apps are the issue --> If an app unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won't open ...
Have you tried --> How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Follow the Apple article to resolve the issue --> If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen ...

Not a great solution since when the phone is FROZEN you cannot do anything to the phone. There is no way to force restart the phone when it is FROZEN.
