Location option is unavailable in reminders

I am unable to manually set location based reminders, from inside the app. I am only able to do it through Siri.

ios 13 Location based reminders do not work I have several location based reminders. I recently upgraded to an iPhone 8, with iOS 13. Today, I just noticed that when I set a location-based reminder via Siri, it asks me to turn on location services for reminders. But the icon for Reminders in the location services list is not there! I can't turn it on. When I open the reminders app, it never has the familiar popup to ask for location services permission. I can even set a reminder for a location manually with the arrow, and nothing happens. Still no icon in the reminders list, still does not alert when I arrive at a location. I deleted the app and reinstalled. Still doesn't work. What am I missing? I know that generally apps need to ask for permission once before they show up. But I don't know what to do to trigger this.

Iphone Cannot 'Enable Location Services for Reminders App' (Reminders not showing under Location Services) Just bought a new iphone 8, and every time I add a reminder w/ a location - Siri says "You need to enable Location Services for the Reminders App". When I go to Location Services, the Reminders app does not show. Location based reminders not working When I create a new reminder, the location symbol is greyed out. Location services are on and enabled "while using" for the app. This is on an iPhone 13 with iOS 16.1.1

Your screen shot is incomplete.

Click on the then you will see it.
