Order status

Hello, Is anyone else getting the "Your complete order history cannot be displayed right now. Check back in a few hours to see all your orders." message when you go to the orders section? I've been refreshing the page every couple hours or so and it still is displaying this. I'm just wondering if this is user wide issue or if it's just me.

Yeah, that's true.


I was on a call with Apple Customer Support Representative, and said it's just maintenance so I believe it's not account related.

If you wanna follow up with the order status it's better to call them until the page is back.

Unless everyone is in the same region/country and has ordered exactly the same device on the same date, there is no way to actually compare what is happening. Some devices may be out of stock, others in stock, some are being shipped from China, others are on their way from the US, etc, etc, etc.


There are simply too many variables for a helpful consensus.
