Order status

Hello, Is anyone else getting the "Your complete order history cannot be displayed right now. Check back in a few hours to see all your orders." message when you go to the orders section? I've been refreshing the page every couple hours or so and it still is displaying this. I'm just wondering if this is user wide issue or if it's just me.

Yeah, that's true.


I was on a call with Apple Customer Support Representative, and said it's just maintenance so I believe it's not account related.

If you wanna follow up with the order status it's better to call them until the page is back.

Same here. Ordered the $1,799 MBP on the 8th. Got a shipment notification yesterday (The 15th), but UPS says they have not received it yet from Apple. When I go to the app or the website, it says it can’t load my order history. I’m hoping I didn’t get the shipment notification prematurely and I do get it this Tuesday, the 19th. Ironically, they are coming from a warehouse less than 100 miles from me. Hope it leaves out on Monday and I get it Tuesday!
