What is com.apple.iconservices.store on macOS Catalina 10.15.4

It is taking 53.74GB and my system only has 121GB, and I need to download a big file for work but don't have enough storage because of it. What should I do? Should I delete all of its contents?

how to uninstall 32 bit app in monterey i just update my MacOS to Monterey, there is few 32bit App does not work, and appearing i cannot deleted them with deleting App or click on the x on the icon. how do I uninstall them to free up space?

cant delete application from "manage storage" tab im currently in the manage storage menu on my m2 macbook air, and i want to delete 2 old games that i don't use anymore to free up space, but when i select them and press delete nothing happens, and i can't find them in my finder. the app logos are both the blank white piece of paper with the small fold at the top right, i assume this means something but im not sure, can someone help as these apps are taking up a lot of storage space and i dont have enough on my thumbdrive to back them up

It's a cache file. You should not even have access to it in order to determine its size. It's a protected folder - No Access.
