I have a Logitech keyboard for my iPad Air.
The apostrophe doesn’t work on my keyboard even though I am still able to get the quotations. The button isn’t broken but I’m just not able to get the apostrophe. How can I fix this in settings?

Try going to settings > general > keyboard > hardware keyboard and tap over at the right edge and make sure you choose US (and NOT "automatic").

Ask logitech, since you're using their keyboard.
