Does iPhone SE 2020 have a FaceTime calls?

It does, but there is a major issue with Facetime on this phone. I would not suggest committing to buying one until the issue is resolved. You will be extremely disappointed if you are getting this phone primarily for Facetime.

If it is purchased, and used in a region where FaceTime isn’t restricted or banned, yes.
