Moved to new phone. Stocks and watch app did not install. In APP store both have the 'open' icon.

When i press this it says I have to disable restrictions. I have no restrictions active. Screen time is disabled

I have seen the same question / issue raised before but the fix stated is not clear enough.

Hey there simonwestuk,

It seems that you're not able to use certain apps due to there being a restriction in place.

You've done some great troubleshooting so far. I see you've mentioned you have no restrictions active. Let's just double check and make sure that they're all turned off. You can do so by going into Settings> Screen Time> Content & Privacy Restrictions>.

After making sure your restrictions are totally disabled you can then force restart your iPhone. Here's how:

Force restart iPhone

If you require further assistance after following these steps, please reach out to Apple Support

Hope this helps
