Apple Music Does Not Load User Library

I experienced Error 9.039 in Apple Music on my Macbook and after reading one suggestion from the community, I logged out and then back again. It worked, I can listen to music and create playlists again.

However, all playlists, artists, songs: everything is gone. I have quit and started the music app again and again, they don't come back. I can see them on my phone, but not on my macbook. Why is this happening?

I feel like Apple is practically begging me to move to Spotify. I must be one of the 5 people in Brazil that actually decided to give Apple Music a shot and I regret it a lot. Apple Music is clearly a side product no one is paying enough attention to and no one at Apple is excited about.

It took them forever to build an acceptable user interface with this last update in Catalina and it is still not working well. Jesus, if you're not going to build a stable, efficient product, why bother? Are you trying to be the new Microsoft?

Hi there Luca_Luca,

It sounds like you’re seeing that songs and playlists are missing in the Music app. You're in the right place to seek a solution, and I'd be happy to assist!

I understand that you have signed out and signed back in of Music and the music is still missing, in that case below are resources that can help:

Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music

If you need further assistance after checking out that resource above, the steps under the section labeled “If a song is missing” can help:

If songs are missing from your music library after you turn on Sync Library

I hope this helps,

Cheers!
