GPS info lost of pictures

I had several hundreds of pictures copied from Apple Photos to Finder. The GPS location was visible with the editing program I use. Very happy.

Next day, the GPS info of all the hundreds of pictures is gone. See pictures.

When I copied the same pictures again from Apple Photos to Finder the GPS info is NOT copied.

In older pictures the GPS info is there.

I have no idea what is happening here. What can it be?

This box was off, turning it back on solved the issue of GPS data getting copied. Must have accidentally switched that off.
