Display Company Name in Contacts

How do I get the company name to display in Contacts but still also show the person’s name?

Found my own answer. Use “Add Field” > “Nickname” and put the contact’s name there. Erase any content in the first and last name fields. Make sure you have the company name in “Company”. This will display the company name and sort by it, and it will show the contact person’s name directly under the Company name when the contact is selected.
