Application Support - missing folder

Hello,

I have an issue with Google Chrome as the application will crash immediately after opening. When I tried to fix this issue, I came across numerous recommendations from the internet, many of them revolving around the "Google" folder in "Application Support". The problem is, that I simply don't have a Google folder in "Username" > Library > Application Support, even though I've reinstalled the programme several times. I even tried to create one ("Google" folder) myself, which I can't do as it shows "error-43".

Do you have any idea why the folder could be missing and how to bring it back?

@dialabrain - The problematic account is Admin and the working one is a standard user.

@Sharhari - Thank you, but I can't do this, as I can't adjust permissions of the folder I can't find.

I have changed the permissions to "Read and write" for everyone, and reinstalled Chrome so I could see if that is the issue. Unfortunately, the problem persists and the folder is still missing.

I have used Malwarebytes to get rid of the adware, but the issue still persists.
