Shared Albums n Apple TV

On my Mac I created shared albums-iCloud Photo Sharing checked. On my Apple TV in Setting i have correct iCloud ID and iTune Store ID. Going to iCloud Photos in Apple TV 3 main Manu, shared albums are shown under heading Photo Sharing with the correct number of pictures. However when clicking on the album, no pictures in one album and only one picture in the second album. In Slideshow mode is loading forever. I was doing this before the same way and it was ok but now is not. Any idea why not pis are shown on YV screen???

The 3rd gen was discontinued in 2016. It was recently revived to bring a server version of the TV app and basic firmware updates to go along with that addition, but there are distinct features that are only available on the current models (Apple TV HD and 4K).

For instance, that model does not support fully iCloud Photos, it only supports Photo stream and shared albums. However, if you are just trying to use the shared albums and it worked prior then there is an issue that needs to be addressed. You can try logging out and back into your account, deleting and re-adding the albums on Mac, along with a reboot on both systems.

As for the slideshow issue, that presents more as a network issue. If you are using Wifi try ethernet. Make sure DNS is set to auto (settings - general - network). To see a current status of the network get a report from istumbler or similar. Look for signal strength, noise, nearby networks.
