Bootcamp: Windows 10 BSOD after install (code: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR)

Hello. I have the next problem:

I installed Windows 10 Pro via bootcamp to my MacBook Pro 13 mid. 2015

Bootcamp operations in MacOs and windows installation worked normally.

But at first windows start after install I see word "Preparing" with loading animation and it changing to BSOD after 2-3 minutes. BSOD code error "WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR" and computer rebooting.

After rebooting I see message from windows, that "installation fail, try to reinstall windows".

MacOs said, that all hardware working normally. Hard Drive health is fine.

I used Catalina, but after first Windows installation fail downgraded it to Mojave (with full hard-drive clean and MacOs installation via USB). It's not help.

I need use windows for my work. Can you Help me? What I need to do to install windows correctly?

Thank you for your help and attention!

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.14
